Please join us July 13th for the PeaceHealth St. John Foundation Golf Tournament. Over the years, you have had the opportunity to help fund our Dialysis Center, Birth Center, Critical Care Unit, Kearney Breast Center, Heart, Spine and Area of Greatest Need. All combined, totaling $2,050,000. Thank you! This year the proceeds will benefit our Adult/Pediatric Outpatient Rehabilitation Project. We have an exciting opportunity to improve our outpatient rehabilitation services for our adult and pediatric patients in one location.
Our children are our greatest priority. They depend on us to provide the safest and most effective care possible. Our pediatric space will be the only pediatric clinic in Cowlitz County that will provide pediatric specific physical, occupational, and speech therapy for all pediatric ages under one roof. We will create a new space, specifically for children, that will meet their needs in an environment that promotes healing, health and safety.
Our adult patients will receive care from rehabilitation specialists in women’s health, orthopedics, neurological conditions, hand therapy, amputees and other programs that will get them healthy and functional enough to return to work after a significant injury, disabling event or chronic condition. They too deserve an environment that fosters health and wellness.
To meet the demands for outpatient rehabilitative services for both adult and pediatric patients, and meet the safety and satisfaction of our employees and patients, it is critical to prepare for a future that will require a need for more intense outpatient wellness and rehab services for our community, the timing for this relocation is important. After reviewing all available options to provide a suitable environment for patients, families and staff, it has been determined that the best use of our resources is moving to a new location for outpatient rehab.
